1 rotisserie chicken
1/4 – 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
2 stalks green onion, sliced thin
1 package Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 slices bread, sliced thick
2-3 tbsp butter, room temp
Shred chicken with 2 forks. Mix in sauce, green onions and 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Spread butter on 1 side of each slice of bread. Place chicken mixture on unbuttered sides of 4 slices of bread. Top with more shredded chicken. Place remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up. Place in a skillet on medium heat, cook until browned, flip and brown second side. Right before removing from pan, place cover on pan to make sure cheese is completely melted.
