Cheddar Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz bags frozen corn thawed
  • 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese cubed
  • ¾ cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup of butter melted
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 10 grape or cherry tomatoes halved (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for tomatoes, in slow cooker that holds 3 -4 quarts.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting until the cheese has melted, and the mixture is thoroughly warmed, approx 3 and 4 hours.
  3. Stir mixture, transfer into bowl of your choice, and then top with halved tomatoes. Serve warm.
