Cheddar, Pineapple & Ham Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps olive oil + extra for drizzling
  • 1 large yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb thick sliced maple glazed deli ham chopped
  • 1 8 oz can pineapple slices, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 flatbread or Naan crust
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350°. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until approximately 30 minutes, until soft and slightly browned, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Layer pizza as follows; caramelized onions, shredded cheddar, ham and pineapple. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake approximately, 20 minutes until cheese has melted and ham is crisp on edges.
