Cheddar Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Old Croc Sharp Cheddar cut into ½" cubes
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Shape mixture into meatballs, forming each one around a cube of Old Croc. 

  2. Place shaped meatballs in a baking dish, leaving space between each meatball. Bake 10-15 minutes or until browned.
