2 tbsps olive oil + extra for drizzling
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1/4 lb thick sliced maple glazed deli ham, chopped
1 (8oz) can pineapple slices, drained and chopped
3/4 cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 flatbread or Naan crust
Salt & pepper
Preheat over to 350°. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until approximately 30 minutes, until soft and slightly browned, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Layer pizza as follows; caramelized onions, shredded cheddar, ham and pineapple. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake approximately, 20 minutes until cheese has melted and ham is crisp on edges.
