2 12 oz bags frozen corn (thawed)
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese (cubed)
¾ cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup of butter (melted)
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
10 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)
Combine all ingredients, except for tomatoes, in slow cooker that holds 3 -4 quarts.
Cover and cook on low setting until the cheese has melted, and the mixture is thoroughly warmed, approx 3 and 4 hours.
Stir mixture, transfer into bowl of your choice, and then top with halved tomatoes. Serve warm.
