CHEESEBURGER WITH 'THE LOT'

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 whisked egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 7oz pkg Old Croc Sharp or Extra Sharp White Cheddar
Olive Oil
4 fried eggs
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomato
Sliced Red Onion
Pickled Beets
4 hamburger buns

Prepare burgers by mixing ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, one whisked egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Once evenly combined, separate burger mixture into four patties.

Grill on the 'barbie for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until burgers are medium to well done. About a minute before burgers are ready, divide Old Croc evenly between each patty. Heat until cheese melts.

Meanwhile, fry eggs in a nonstick skillet and toast halved buns on the grill. Place burger on bottom half of each bun, and top with 'the Lot': fresh 'burg lettuce, pickled beets, beefy tomatoes and red onion. Finally, crown with the fried egg. Be sure to have extra napkins on hand!
