Cheesy Hashbrown Taters


2-1/2 cup packaged shredded hashbrown potatoes
1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 packages of Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1-1/2 cup corn flakes or butter crackers, crushed
¼ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Spread into baking dish. In another bowl mix together the cereal and melted butter, sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
