Croc & Brew Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsps flour
  • 1 bottle amber beer
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 cup Old Croc Sharp or Smoked Sharp Cheddar grated
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for approximately 1 minute. Whisk in beer. Lower heat. Stir in Dijon, cheese, salt & pepper to taste. Heat through until bubbly. 

  2. Serve warm with pretzels and crusty bread.
