Mummy Poppers


  • 1 package Crescent Rolls – only need about 1/2 roll
  • 1/2 Cup shredded Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 6 to 7 jalapeño peppers with stems
  • candy eyeballs


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese and shredded Old Croc cheese in bowl. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. 

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Please wear gloves when handling jalapeño peppers. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, leaving stem on. Carefully remove seeds and disregard.

    Add cheese filling into the peppers and level off with knife. (don't over stuff). Roll out about 3 triangles of the Crescent Rolls and Cut dough into long thin strips. Wrap around pepper, leaving a little opening towards the stems for the eyeballs, but do not put the eyeballs in yet (they'll melt in oven).

      Cool and add candy eyeballs.
