2 crisp apples, sliced into flat slices
8 slices sourdough or crusty bread, sliced thick
1 package Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 tbsps butter
Heat skillet. Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread. Lay slices, buttered side down in pan, layer shredded cheese onto slice, top with sliced apples, followed by more shredded cheese, place 2nd slice, buttered side up. Grill until golden on each side, pressing down with spatula.
