18 pc. Potato Wedges (available in the frozen section of your grocery store)
6 slices of bacon
4 oz Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar, cut into long chunks
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut bacon slices lengthwise into thirds. Wrap potato wedges with bacon and secure with toothpick. Mix together brown sugar and chili powder, and gently coat each wrapped potato wedge in the mixture. Lay wedges on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. Remove from oven and add chunk of cheddar to each wedge, securing with toothpick. Return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese before serving.
