Cheddar Stuffed Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
Old Croc Sharp Cheddar, cut into ½" cubes
1 egg, beaten
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Shape mixture into meatballs, forming each one around a cube of Old Croc. Place shaped meatballs in a baking dish, leaving space between each meatball. Bake 10-15 minutes or until browned.
