Turkey Cheddar Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

1-1/4 lbs ground turkey1 clove garlic, chopped
½ cup shallots, finely chopped2 eggs, beaten
½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsps Worcestershire Sauce
¾ cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup prepared marinara sauce
Salt & pepper
Additional marinara on the side

Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix. Spray a 5"x9" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place mixture into loaf pan. Cook for approximately 50 minutes or meatloaf reaches a temp of 170°. Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for topping (if desired).
