Turkey Cheddar Meatloaf


  • 1-1/4 lbs ground turkey1 clove garlic chopped
  • ½ cup shallots finely chopped2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¾ cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup prepared marinara sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • additional marinara on the side


  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix. Spray a 5"x9" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place mixture into loaf pan. Cook for approximately 50 minutes or meatloaf reaches a temp of 170°. 

  2. Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for topping (if desired).
