Aussome Ham & Pineapple Bella Pizzas
Old Croc Extra Sharp Cheddar crowns this tropical, veggie-packed twist on pizza, created by Shauna H., in our "Most Aussome Recipe Contest". Portobello mushrooms are topped with pizza sauce, ham, pineapple, peppers, and onions. A deluge of melty cheddar and a smattering of red chili flake and black pepper finishes this cheesy treat.

Ingredients
- 1 seven ounce block Old Croc Extra Sharp Cheddar grated
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 Cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 Cup diced ham
- 1/4 Cup diced red onion
- 1/4 Cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 Cup pineapple tidbits
- 2 Tablespoons scallions sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wipe portobellos clean with a damp cloth. Use a spoon to gently scrape out the gills. Brush the caps with oil inside and out and set onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake portobellos for 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Top mushrooms with the pizza sauce. Add the cheese, ham, onion, bell pepper, pineapple, and scallions.
- Sprinkle with red chili flakes and pepper.
- Bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the Pizzas are heated through and the cheese is melted.
