Smokin' Croc Avocado Ranch Burger

Smoky sharp cheddar and creamy avocado are the perfect pairing on this juicy burger.  The BBQ adds a tangy sweetness.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch dressing powder
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 2 avocados
  • Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar
  • barbecue sauce
  • 4 rolls


  1. Set aside 1/4 of the ranch dressing powder. Mix together remaining powder, red onions & ground beef and form into 4 burger patties. 

  2. Grill or cook burgers, 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. 

  3. Mash avocados & mix with remaining ranch dressing powder. 

  4. Toast rolls, then spread with BBQ sauce. Assemble burgers, topping with sliced Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar and avocado. 

  5. Serve & enjoy!
