Warm Caramelized Onion, Cheddar & Bacon Dip
This caramelized onions and bacon in a warm sharp cheddar dip is super easy and packed with flavor. Serve with flatbread or crostini.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 7 oz package old Croc Sharp or Extra Sharp Cheddar
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
- S&P to taste
- 6 cooked bacon slices chopped

Preheat oven to 400°. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large sauté pan, over medium heat. Add onion, sauté stirring frequently approx 30 minutes til golden in color. Cool slightly. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, reserving 1 Tsp cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a small ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and bubbly.

Serve warm with crostini or flatbread.
