Cheddar Creamed Corn
Sweet corn and salty Sharp cheddar in a creamy sauce. It's the perfect side dish the whole family will love.

Ingredients
- 2 12 oz bags frozen corn thawed
- 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese cubed
- ¾ cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup of butter melted
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 10 grape or cherry tomatoes halved (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except for tomatoes, in slow cooker that holds 3 -4 quarts.
- Cover and cook on low setting until the cheese has melted, and the mixture is thoroughly warmed, approx 3 and 4 hours.
- Stir mixture, transfer into bowl of your choice, and then top with halved tomatoes. Serve warm.
