Croc & Brew Dip
Get the party started with our Croc & Brew Dip. Beer, mustard and melted cheddar, ready for all your favorite dippers.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsps unsalted butter
- 3 tbsps flour
- 1 bottle amber beer
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 cup Old Croc Sharp or Smoked Sharp Cheddar grated
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for approximately 1 minute. Whisk in beer. Lower heat. Stir in Dijon, cheese, salt & pepper to taste. Heat through until bubbly.
Serve warm with pretzels and crusty bread.
