We added our bold, flavorful sharp cheddar to traditional guacamole for a salty bite.

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Approx ½ package of Old Croc Sharp or Smoked Sharp Cheddar shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 plum tomato seeded and diced
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper diced (optional)


  1. Mash avocados, until smooth but still chunky, gently mix in cheese and remaining ingredients. 

  2. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips. Also try it as a sandwich spread with turkey and bacon.
