Turkey Cheddar Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 LB ground turkey
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup shallots finely choppped
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar shredded
- 1 cup prepared marinara sauce plus more on the side
- salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Do not over mix.
Spray a 5" x 9" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place mixture into loaf pan.
Cook for approximately 50 minutes or until meatloaf reached a temp of 170 degrees.
Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for topping.
