Try our Croc Nachos, loaded with chili and melted Sharp Cheddar

1can red kidney Beans
1package Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheeseshredded
1pkg taco seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
To make the beef chili:
In pan on medium-high heat, add olive oil and half the onion, and cook until softened. Add in ground beef, and cook until completely browned. Drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning mix. Add hot water and beans, and then stir. Reduce heat and simmer mixture while other items are prepared.
To make nachos:
Place a layer of tortilla chips on an oven safe platter. Top with a layer of the beef chili, add a layer of Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a handful of tomatoes. Add another layer of chips, another layer of chili, another layer of Old Croc Sharp Cheddar cheese, and one more handful of tomatoes. Add one last layer of chips and chili, and the remainder of the Old Croc Cheddar Cheese and tomatoes.
Pop the pan into the oven, let sit until cheese is melted. Once the cheese is melted, take nachos out of the oven and top with sour cream and jalapenos. Enjoy!
