Cheesy Hashbrown Taters

These creamy, cheesy taters are topped with a buttery crunch.  They make a great breakfast or party side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cup packaged shredded hashbrown potatoes
  • 1 10 3/4oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packages of Old Croc Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup yellow onion chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup corn flakes or butter crackers crushed
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. 

  2. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Spread into baking dish. In another bowl mix together the cereal and melted butter, sprinkle on top of potato mixture. 

  3. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
