Turkey Cheddar Meatloaf

Say goodbye to boring meatloaf.  Sharp cheddar adds amazing flavor to our recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 LB ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup shallots finely choppped
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup Old Croc Sharp Cheddar shredded
  • 1 cup prepared marinara sauce plus more on the side
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Do not over mix.

  3. Spray a 5" x 9" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place mixture into loaf pan.

  4. Cook for approximately 50 minutes or until meatloaf reached a temp of 170 degrees.

  5. Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for topping.
