These fun and easy jalapeno poppers will be the stand out at any party. Made with sharp cheddar for a bold kick.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese and shredded Old Croc cheese in a bowl.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Please wear gloves when handling jalapeno peppers. Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise, leaving stems on. Carefully remove seeds and discard.
Add cheese filling into the pepper halves and level off with a knife (don't overstuff). Roll out about 3 triangles of the crescent roll dough and cut dough into long thin strips. Wrap around pepper, leaving a little opening near the stem for the eyeballs (don't place eyeballs in yet, they'll melt in the oven).
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and add candy eyeballs.
