Our take on street corn. Light and cheesy, it's so easy to make and perfect at a summer cookout.
Peel corn, tying husks back with kitchen string (or remove entirely.) Grill to desired doneness on low heat (top down), rotating often with tongs to cook evenly. Remove from grill and coat each ear with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with shredded Old Croc, chili powder, and cilantro.
Garnish each with a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately!
