These creamy, cheesy taters are topped with a buttery crunch. They make a great breakfast or party side dish.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Spread into baking dish. In another bowl mix together the cereal and melted butter, sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake approximately 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
