Smoky sharp cheddar and creamy avocado are the perfect pairing on this juicy burger. The BBQ adds a tangy sweetness.
Set aside 1/4 of the ranch dressing powder. Mix together remaining powder, red onions & ground beef and form into 4 burger patties.
Grill or cook burgers, 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Mash avocados & mix with remaining ranch dressing powder.
Toast rolls, then spread with BBQ sauce. Assemble burgers, topping with sliced Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar and avocado.
