The Ultimate Old Croc Smokehouse Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 10 oz. pre-packaged or homemade barbecue pulled pork
  • 20 onion rings
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter softened
  • 8 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 7oz. packages Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar grated
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked chipotle pepper
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. pickled jalapeƱos drained


  1. According to package instructions, preheat oven and prepare the pulled pork and onion rings.
  2. Butter the slices of bread on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the jalapeno peppers, honey and chipotle pepper.

  3. On medium high heat, heat a skillet or griddle. Depending on the size of the pan, make one grilled cheese at a time. Make 4 grilled cheeses, spread each slice with the chipotle sauce, layer grated Old Croc Smoked Sharp Cheddar cheese, pulled pork and onion rings. Top with remaining bread slices and grill until cheese is melted.
