Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place a 16 inch pizza stone or pizza pan into preheated oven until pizza pan is very hot.
Take 1 pizza dough (I bought mine from a local pizza place) and form into a 16 inch round to fit pizza stone. Prick the middle of the dough with fork, leaving a 1 inch outer edge. Carefully place dough onto hot pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and crispy.
Using the remaining dough, roll out dough to a thin rectangle, layer salami, ham and OLD CROC SMOKED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE onto dough and roll up, like a jelly roll. Top the cooked pizza crust with marinara sauce and OLD CROC GRAND RESERVE CHEDDAR CHEESE.
Take Stromboli and cut off edges. Cut the remaining Stromboli roll into ½ inch rounds and arrange in a circle, cut side up onto pizza with a smaller circle in the middle.
Place pizza on the bottom rack of oven, cook for 10 minutes, loosely covered with foil, this helps the middle to cook thoroughly. Take the foil off and continue to cook until crust has browned. Serve and enjoy!
